Each item has a fair-use limit, listed in the agreement. Anything beyond it is quoted in writing first, and nothing extra is billed without your approval.

Choose Starter or All-in-One and sign the agreement on this site. You and we both get a copy by email. For a custom plan, we call you first.
Approval, then payment
Our team reviews your agreement within 1 business day. Only after approval do we send the secure payment link. Never pay before our approval email.
Onboarding visit
We visit your business to photograph products, collect prices and set up your accounts.
Launch and grow
You approve everything before it goes live. Then we run it every month and report results.

I'm just starting a business. Can you help?
Yes. Starter includes help forming your LLC, getting your EIN, sales tax license and city permits, plus your logo, website and point of sale, so you're ready on opening day. You pay the government filing fees directly.
Which package should I choose?
Starter fits new and small businesses that need to get online and be found. All-in-One fits established businesses that want marketing, AI, bookkeeping and taxes handled too. If you're not sure, call us and we'll tell you honestly.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, any time. You pay the difference in signing fees, the higher monthly fee starts on your next billing date, and your 12-month term doesn't restart.
What is a custom plan?
If you need only part of a package, or something the packages don't cover, our technical team talks it through with you first. Then we send a written offer and agreement for you to sign.
Do you give legal advice?
No. We are not a law firm. When you need a lawyer, we connect you with an independent attorney licensed in Michigan who works with us, and they advise and represent you directly. We coordinate so you still have one point of contact.
Do you support offices, not just shops?
Yes. Corporate and small offices use us for IT support, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, networks, security, backups, printing and accounting. Ask for a custom plan sized to your team.
Do I have to buy new equipment?
Not from us. If you need a card reader, printer or cameras, you buy them directly from the maker; we tell you exactly what to get and set it up.
Who prepares my taxes?
In All-in-One, a preparer with a valid IRS PTIN prepares your returns from your records. You review and approve every return before it is filed.
Will customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Your assistant tells customers it is automated, answers only from the prices and policies you approve, and passes anything unusual to you.
Do you guarantee more sales?
No one honest can. We guarantee the work: your products online with photos and prices, consistent marketing every month, and a monthly report so you can see what's working.
Who owns the website and photos?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and if you ever leave, we hand over your content, files and account access.
